Ashford Lodge

This was the perfect place for us to start our Rainer adventure! We could walk to RMI, the bar & grille and the Whittaker shop and bunkhouse. Wonderful location for access to the park!

We stayed at Scott’s place during our PNW stop at Mt. Rainier, and it was a fantastic experience. The lodge is located in the beautiful town of Ashford, just minutes from the park entrance, an ideal location for exploring the area. The space was spotless, with a comfortable bed, a spacious and clean bathroom, and a projector that was a great touch for relaxing after a long day of hiking. Scott was very communicative even before our arrival, letting us know about a city water main break and advising us to bring extra water and supplies. Check-in was simple and smooth, and Scott was friendly and easy to talk to when we ran into him on the property. There’s also plenty of safe parking available. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Mt. Rainier!
